Our Commitment to You

Estate planning is a very personal process. When you become a client of our firm, we strive to establish a long-term relationship with you and your family, so we can be there for you when a loved one dies or if a critical situation arises that calls for professional legal assistance.

We begin by meeting with you to get to know you, understand your personal and financial circumstances, and determine your goals and concerns. We explain the tax and other laws that apply in your situation and help you evaluate all your options. Then, together we craft your estate plan — be it simple, conservative, sophisticated, or complex — to fit your unique needs and desires.

Our Core Values

  • Excellence
  • Integrity
  • Service

Our Philosophy

First and foremost, we believe in communicating in plain English, so you understand all the issues involved in estate planning and have the information and expert guidance you need to evaluate all the available options. Together, we review the advantages and disadvantages of the different choices. Our many years of working in the estate planning field and staying current with developments in the law enable us to provide you with expert advice and insight.

Our Promise

We promise to listen carefully to what you say, in order to understand your needs, goals, and desires; to take into account your concerns, fears, and frustrations; to keep everything you tell us confidential; to understand who you are and what you seek to accomplish; and to use our best efforts on your behalf.

Our Pledge

We are dedicated to being good stewards of your time and money and using our knowledge, skills, and expertise to assist you in achieving your estate planning and wealth transfer objectives. Above all, we are committed to treating you with dignity and respect.
